The Orquestra Galega de Liberación is an ensemble of almost 20 musicians residing in Galicia gathered around avant-garde music, in search of new forms of spontaneous creation, and improvisation as a source of research.
A cast that needs no introduction as it is made up of renowned artists and performers in the different fields of the classical world, jazz, avant-garde music and performance. 20 musicians with a vital journey and an international career that we rarely find giving birth to a project so contemporary, so ambitious and so anchored in our avant-garde musical habitat.

In 2022 we released the Orchestra's third album, with the colaboration of a number of great portuguese improvisers. All the music in this concert was improvised on the spot and composed in real time using directed improvisation techniques. No material had previously been agreed, learned, or composed. This album is the full concert from beginning to end.
